A Book discussion session was organized in the college. Dr. Ronald Meinardus Regional Director South Asia Friedrich Naumann Foundation who is a renowned journalist and a political commentator was the chief guest. The book titled “What does it mean to be liberal in India” comprises 19 best essays form an Essay Writing contest organized by FNF at National level. Three student authors attended the event and shared their perspectives on liberalism. The talk was followed by a lively interactive question answer session. The event was organized by Mr. Rishi Kochhar , Co-ordinator Amritsar Policy Group. Dr. Navdeep Kaur, Principal and S. Jagdish Singh presented robes of honour as token of gratitude to the authors and Dr. Ronald Meinardus. The team of authors presented copies of the books to student participants in the discussion.
