Earn While You Learn

 

SSSS College of Commerce, Amritsar motivates its students to get associated with the Scheme ‘Earn While You Learn’. The College offers this scheme as an incentive for the interested students enrolled in post graduate course in Commerce. The idea to initiate this scheme is to promote the concept of experiential learning and make the students economically independent.

 

SSSS College gave me the opportunity to define myself as a teacher. ‘Earn While You Learn’ scheme has given me chance to teach junior students of +1 Commerce in year 2016 while I was doing my post-graduation.  It has built my confidence. This unforgettable experience of my life helped me to understand that teaching is a right choice for my career. Thank you SSSS.

While studying, I got a chance to assist in the College library under the scheme ‘Earn While You Learn’. This opportunity provided an understanding into library management like issuance of books, maintaining records in the year 2017. The experience over here boosted my confidence and helped me to comprehend how things work outside a classroom. An added advantage was that I got paid apart from getting work experience.

SSSS College provided me a golden opportunity under ‘Earn While You Learn ‘ Scheme. On the first day I was quite nervous, but later on I became confident to face the class. This scheme has given me chance to teach students of +1,+2 Arts in year 2016 .The experience I got during teaching, facilitated me to qualify my UGC/NET exam. This scheme helped me not only financially but also helped me to explore myself as a teacher. I whole heartedly thank SSSS Team.
