Yoga sessions are held every Saturday morning to inculcate the habits of healthy living in the students.
The 45-minute session is composed of a demonstration of a few simple asans and teaching them how to involve themselves fully in these exercises for the holistic development of body ,mind and soul.
The last few minutes are devoted to answer their queries regarding various health and fitness issues.
