Sant Singh Sukha Singh College of Commerce for Women, Amritsar organised a CS Career Awareness Programme on March 7, 2026, to familiarise students with career opportunities in the Company Secretary profession under The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
The programme featured CS Sarthak Dhawan, Chairperson, and Mr. Harpreet Singh Walia, Office Incharge of the Amritsar Chapter of the Northern India Regional Council of ICSI, as key speakers. They highlighted the importance, scope, and professional benefits of pursuing the Company Secretary course, explaining how it prepares students for roles in corporate governance, compliance, and strategic management.
Students gained valuable insights into the structure, eligibility, and career prospects associated with the CS programme.
