SSSS College of Commerce for Women organized the second sessions of its specialized skill-building Bootcamp series on August 22, 2026, creating an enriching environment of career guidance, practical knowledge, and innovation across campus.
Boot Camp on Employability Skills, coordinated by Dr. Samriti Kapoor, Ms. Mamta, and Ms. Aanchal, welcomed proud college alumna CA Shilpa Gupta. She conducted an empowering, interactive session guiding students through Chartered Accountancy as a premier career pathway, detailing the journey across CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final stages while highlighting the vital role and growing opportunities for CAs in modern business and the economy.
Complementing this career focus, the FINTECH Bootcamp, coordinated by Dr. Tina Vohra and Mrs. Ravneet Arora, hosted resource person Mr. Shamsher Rana for an insightful session. Focusing on banking operations and practical financial literacy, Mr. Rana provided clear demonstrations on managing account types, utilizing digital banking tools, and correctly filling out essential banking documentation like deposit and withdrawal slips.
Boot Camp on Entrepreneurial Skills, coordinated by Mrs. Harpreet Kaur and Mrs. Monica Chhabra, engaged students in an energetic Idea Generation Workshop. Centered on problem identification and practical business ideation, participants actively applied the SCAMPER model (Substitute, Combine, Adapt, Modify, Put to another use, Eliminate, and Reverse/Rearrange) to brainstorm creative solutions and reimagine existing products and services.
Together, these highly interactive sessions equipped our students with the professional clarity, financial awareness, and creative confidence essential for tomorrow’s leaders.
