The Rotaract Club of SSSS College of Commerce for Women, Amritsar undertook an initiative “Spreading Warmth this Christmas”. Keeping the spirit of Christmas alive through extending love & compassion to every human being without any discrimination a project “Spreading the Warmth” was executed.
The staff & members of the faculty pooled their surplus woollen clothes gifted them away in neatly packaged bundles to all these who wanted & receive the same ahead of harsh winter. Around 1000 pieces of winter clothes were gathered & gifted to the needy. These clothes were distributed among the employees of the college and the outsiders who were in need of these clothes spreading the warmth to around 30 people as well as their families this Christmas.
Rotractors led by Dr. Tina Vohra, President Ms. Sukhpinder Kaur and Secretary Ms. Saranpreet Kaur executed the entire project in a smooth & efficient manner. Dr. Navdeep Kaur, Principal congratulated the rotaractors for their good work and told them to keep up the spirit of nobility.
